A short drive will take you to the neighbouring villages of Ambleside and Grasmere which are set in the heart of Wordsworth country, or a ferry trip across the lake to Sawrey is Hill Top, the home of Beatrix Potter. Shops and pubs 500 metres away.
All on the ground floor; Lounge area with bedroom (double bed), kitchen with comfortable dining area, small dressing area, shower room with toilet and basin.
Services: Gas & electric fire central heating, bed linen (duvets) towels provided, off road parking for 1 car, video player & videos, television, CD Player, electric cooker, microwave, drying facilities upon request, shared pay phone in guest house. Small patio area with furniture. Non smokers only. Friday to Friday bookings. First £5.00 electric/gas is provided, remainder on coin meters. £1.00.
You are very welcome to have breakfast in our guest house for an additional charge.

week (Friday to Friday) from £190 to £400. A deposit of ⅓ of the costs would be required at the time of booking. The deposit is non refundable.)
